Republicans Favor Medical Marijuana, Poll Shows

IT’S VERY IMPORTANT NEWS considering that the NY Senate has not budged on our medical cannabis bills other than last year. And it has been introduced by a Democratic Assemblymember (Gottfried) for about 13 years now. It makes it out of committees and even to floor votes in the Assembly, whereas it couldn’t even made it past a committee before in the Senate.

Not enough Republicans support our “GROW PROVISION” so the bill has been, again, watered down to accommodate the doubtful Republican Conservatives of our government and State. The Conservative Party has put out multiple statements against even the weak version of the bill over the years, and recently at least one of their members was on the news (TV) ranting against it passing this year.

This is NY State Republican / Conservative fact and history, as it is happening, NOW!!!

I sincerely hope that if any of the above NY Republicans who have written comments, and all those reading this now, will stop and take the time to contact their Republican reps and tell them what you think about this: passing this law will be an excellent first step in increasing safe access to at least ill people for now, and then we can keep on working to increase everyone’s access.

Please help today by sending a letter and following it up with a phone call. There is a pre-written letter via NY NORML that can be used easily, although I suggest editing it yourself to make it personal, and it is very important to also call the offices (local and Albany!) and if you can, make an appointment or just show up to say it “in person.”

Rob Robinson...considering running for Sheriff or another distiguished public office

Rob Robinson, my illustrious partner, has already run for office once before. So have I. It’s a lot of work, but if we resurrected the Marijuana Reform Party in New York, there is a chance we could achieve “ballot status.”

If your Gubernatorial (Governor) candidate gets at least 50,000 votes in the election, then all other candidates who wish to run for office for the following 4 years do not have to go through hell to get on the ballot to run.

I think there may be enough support now to do this…

Cancer Cure Causes Zombies!

The movie I Am Legend starring Will Smith is about a Cancer Cure gone wrong. It causes the near end of the human race by zombifying almost everyone on the planet.

The sheer impression that this leaves on me is horror. Not from the zombies, but at the thought of what people are willing to go through in order to find a cure for cancer.

This past week a combination of natural cancer cures and little known information about the nature of cancer itself has led me to believe I know the truth about how to actually cure cancer.

There are three fundamental facets to this treatment:

1. Baking Soda
2. Cannabis
3. Cations (Positively Charged Minerals / Minerals with a positive ion)

Cancer is actually created by a fungus – Candida Albicans, a yeast organism that everyone has in their body (digestive tract) naturally. The number of yeast is kept in check by good bacteria, also known as probiotics (or the reason you have that “Activia” yogurt commercial stuck in your head). Reasons for overgrowths of this yeast are a result of factors such as antibiotics, cigarettes, sugar and bad food killing the good bacteria, and thus allowing the yeast to overgrow to the point of ill effects on your health.

Every overgrowth of candida does not result in cancer. On the contrary, the result is generally a slew of random symptoms (often misdiagnosed) ranging from headaches to depression, chronic fatigue syndrome to food sensitivities, and the list goes on.

For 11 years, I have been treating a case of Candidiasis in myself. I also have helped my partner, and a married couple who are dear friends of mine battle through this imbalance. I have read a lot of books and articles on the subject, and I always wanted to see others have the same knowledge for many reasons. Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought that this information could help lead me to the answer for curing cancer!

Candida yeast emits toxins, which are the main cause of symptoms of Candidiasis. The kicker here is that those toxins also are the cause of Cancer, according to the findings of the Italian Doctor Tulio Simoncini.

The Candida yeast emits toxins that inhibit natural cell death (apoptosis). They also form a glue-like substance, which bonds the overgrowth of yeast together with the damaged, mutating cells which now aren’t able to die a natural cell death.

The other part of this equation is that our cells want to bond with positively charged ions (Cations). The correct and natural way to provide these to our body is through fresh, whole foods (juicing fresh fruits and vegetables is the most direct way). Instead, our bodies are riddled with junk food, which unfortunately provide a replacement to these natural Cations with a positively charged hydrogen ion, also known as acid ions. These acid ions create an acidic state which is perfect for the Candida to flourish in, to continue to overgrow and producing all the time more and more of their toxic excrement, turning natural cells into a sticky death swamp.

Dr. Simoncini has been treating cancer successfully by using baking soda to neutralize the acidic environment, thus making room for the natural Cations to feed the needs of the cells in the effected area. The most effective delivery system is to inject the baking soda directly into the affected area. If that is not possible, then injecting the solution into the artery that feeds the affected area is the next best thing.

Baking soda treatment only works in cancerous regions that are fed by blood (soft tissue). Bone metastases, or tumors, cannot be healed by this method.

In comes the cannabis. Cannabis has been proven in April 2009 to induce Autophagy, which is the mechanism involved in natural, correct cell death (Apoptosis). Basically, it induces apoptosis (cell death) because it stimulates Autophagy. Autophagy is what is needed for apoptosis. Remember earlier when I mentioned mutating cells, and the inability of cancer cells to die because the Candida toxins stop apoptosis. Cannabis tells the cells that are mutating “it is time to die”.

The missing link here is the fact that Cannabis is also anti-fungal. This could be the other big reason why it’s been curing cancer when administered in high doses orally.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch today published: “This time, the civil rights struggle does not revolve on racial equality. It seeks to secure for all people the freedom from fear — a fear already confronted by millions of Americans — that they or their loved ones will become ill without access to decent and affordable health care.” WHAT?!? OK so this is about the quote from Ben Franklin…

Today we are giving up freedom in exchange for the potential security from disease?! And apparently the civil rights fight has ended, since we have a half-black president…? I am so tired of everyone calling him black. He is half-white. That side clearly shines through so far. If we call him black why not call him white by the same standards?!

Obama laughed at the proposition to reform any of the drug laws (federally). Here are some tough pills to swallow which show how your tax dollars KEEP RACISM FUNDED EVERY DAY:

“According to the federal Household Survey, “most current illicit drug users are white. There were an estimated 9.9 million whites (72 percent of all users), 2.0 million blacks (15 percent), and 1.4 million Hispanics (10 percent) who were current illicit drug users in 1998.” And yet, blacks constitute 36.8% of those arrested for drug violations, over 42% of those in federal prisons for drug violations. African-Americans comprise almost 58% of those in state prisons for drug felonies; Hispanics account for 20.7%.” (1)

Which minutes each day are you working for the government to arrest us?

Yes, this is one more statement about ‘if you’re not part of the solution, you’re part of the motherfucking problem.’ It’s up to you to figure out how to help end prohibition. We can’t force you, after all, it’s a free country, right? And no one can force you to give away the fruits of your hard-earned labor…unless of course they have the guns of government pointed at your head! Think about it…why do you pay for the drug war to happen and not for it to end?

The last conversation I had about feminism with another woman ended with her beating me up within the hour. This was no ordinary feminism conversation. I mean, this was a serious pep talk from her to me about how to achieve female power, as I was complaining about the very topic, and my inferiority in the music industry. She, having many more years than me in this industry, was well qualified to give advice on it. But all that solidarity went out the window when she started to blindly ‘defend her man.’

I may have had a fighting chance at beating her up as well, had there not been two guys helping her (father-son team, cute, huh?). Or if she had not weighed 200 pounds more than me…or if she didn’t have a head of height over me…or if I had not been so surprised at the venom running wild in the dark as I was suddenly shoved up against a brick wall with her giant upper arm pressed against my neck, choking me… I’m 5’2″, and unlike her, I’m not a fattie. See? I can hate on women as easily as men, maybe more, because of course I see myself in them. I’m afraid to be heavy, so I’ll make fun of her instead. It’s easier.

Women still aren’t getting the same pay rates as men, and if you didn’t think the workforce was overpopulated when feminism began, how about now? I know, one is not supposed to say such things in our politically correct society. Fuck that, there’s not much that’s correct about our society anyway…

I’m not saying that women shouldn’t work. I work! I’m just saying this system is not working yet. I don’t see it working until we can see the problems and then find some sensible solutions.

One problem seems to be: bonding with each other as families and communities; these concepts seem to have degraded. Women all going to work, thus splitting families up hasn’t helped in my opinion.

Instead of us all going back home to wash diapers, we could instead find better ways to make sure we are all seeing eye to eye. I suggest psychedelic drugs (for the adults of course!), taken at the right set and setting, to heal these problems we face. It breaks down our ‘walls’ and creates bonds between people. Cannabis is also much better as a daily relaxant than numbing alcohol. It enlightens people and thus can be used to bring them closer together with peace and maybe even respect. Perhaps we could listen to and understand each other!

Feminism has involved women working with other women to achieve the goal of participating equally with men in the world. Now, we are all in competition with other women, just a few generations later, and we don’t identify with the solidarity that those women felt with each other. Women, especially young ones, don’t seem to see why there is even a need to have solidarity in the first place.

Thank you to the Coalition for Medical Marijuana New Jersey, and NORML-NJ and all the individuals who helped legalize medical cannabis in New Jersey yesterday!!!!!!!!!!! I’m celebrating all day today with bong hits for all of you in NJ and those of you who aren’t with us here on the physical plane anymore.

This is the whole piece, a 2′ x 2′ print on backing board, that traveled to DC with Rob and I to Cheryl’s memorial service. September 23, 24 2003. It was a surreal experience to be on the steps of the Supreme Court of the United States. What a place to be, to help her leave the lasting impact she has had. The evening air was lovely. I remember the sky being beautiful, as a backdrop to the Court. People looked towards it as some shared words from their hearts. The woman holding my sign had a candle, and while I moved around taking photos I noticed wax was dripping all over it. At first the reaction is to want to stop it, because that’s what parents would do if they saw something spilling and have instilled that reaction. However, after that moment passed, I was pleased that the wax was covering the piece, forever memorializing that moment, when we were all together.

Nostalgia aside—this is a monumental accomplishment for our nation. The fact that a significant northeast state has passed this will only be good for the rest of us who still live in states where it’s illegal.

More importantly, to me personally, is the fact that several of my very close friends will no longer have to live in fucking fear everyday!!! I know that many many more people whom I don’t personally know will be experiencing the exact same relief as my dear friends. For experienced users, they can breathe a sigh of relief for lack of fear any longer. For people who were too afraid and unwilling to break the law, relief is in sight!!! Hooray.

Run From The Cure

I wonder why we are ‘waiting for the science’ to prove that the concentrated Rick Simpson hemp oil cures cancer. Everyone knows that the science and medical establishment in this country will never approve of hemp oil as a treatment, because they are run by the pharmaceutical industry, which can make NO money off hemp. You can’t patent a plant, and in the US, you must apply for a patent for a medicine to be put into our pharmacopeia.

Hemp oil will be recognized not by law as a ‘medicine’ or a ‘cure’ but possibly as a ‘dietary  or herbal supplement’. By law. That is the precise reason that I will not wait for them to hail it as a cure for cancer. They won’t. We must do that ourselves.

Why wait for what will never happen legally?! It can’t happen; it’s against the law in the US. That’s why they made Marinol, the synthetic THC pill.

I have been told by the founder of NORML to wait for what will never happen…and I’m definitely not going to follow his instructions!

Rob and I were guests on a TV show yesterday; a popular Manhattan public access show and we got booked to be on two other ones as well.We are getting the word out about the healing hemp oil and it’s potential to help people.

It is sad that the leader of NORML, the founder Keith Stroup has attempted to discredit us, using nasty tactics online regarding our position. I wonder what his real intention is? I caught him in lies while attacking us; lies that he refuses to acknowledge or respond to. Everyone else online on the NY NORML chat group (dozens of NY activists and interested parties) is too intimidated by Keith to say anything, even though I directly asked people to back me up—not on my position and view on hemp oil, rather simply to recognize that Keith lied in his attacks against us, and is now going to sweep it under the rug, along with everyone else’s silence!
